About us

A local platform, built properly.

LincolnshireMaintenace was built to make property maintenance simple. Since 2011 we’ve connected Lincolnshire customers with vetted, insured tradespeople — no call centres, no middlemen, just reliable jobs matched to reliable hands.

• Every tradesperson is vetted, insured and reviewed by real customers
• Clear, fixed quotes with no hidden extras or surprises
• Serving Lincoln, Grimsby, Spalding and across the county
