LincolnshireMaintenace is a platform that connects customers who need maintenance work done with tradespeople looking for jobs across Lincolnshire. What we collect
When you contact us or use the app we may collect: your name, email address, phone number and any details you include about a job or your trade; account details if you register in the app; and basic technical information such as device type, browser and approximate location used to keep the service secure and improve it.
How we use it
We use your information to match customers with suitable tradespeople, to respond to enquiries, to operate and improve the platform, to send service updates you have asked for, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
Job details are shared with tradespeople only as needed to quote and complete work. We may use trusted service providers (for example hosting and email providers) who process data on our behalf under contract. We may disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Enquiry details are normally kept for up to 24 months unless an ongoing relationship or legal obligation requires longer.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your data, object to processing, or request a copy of your data.
